With many years of combined experience in the industry, we have created an ecosystem that includes entrepreneurs, engineers, scientists, and consultants with a common goal: a world powered by clean energy, accessible to all and respectful of the environment.
The team consists of 4 full-time and 2 part-time people, as well as 3 research teams at the Politecnico di Torino (PoliTO) that support Research and Development.
Alessandro Monticelli
An engineer with a revolutionary vision, Alessandro leads Green Independence with a unique combination of technical expertise and strategic insight. His passion for renewable energy and his experience in the industrialization of new products are the driving force behind our ongoing innovation.

Marta Pisani
A marketing and communication specialist with an innate talent for brand strategies and open innovation, Marta brings a distinctive voice to Green Independence, shaping our market presence with precision and determination.
Marta focuses on the organizational and detailed management of activities, identifying new business opportunities, driving promotion, and supporting fundraising efforts. Her vision helps shape not only our corporate identity but also the future of sustainable energy.
Federico Crespi
Specializing in economics and sustainability (MSc in Economics and Sustainable Development), Federico joined Green Independence as its first hire after gaining experience in corporate environments. He contributes to the internal management of the project, oversees opportunities related to calls and startup challenges, coordinates relationships with research teams and suppliers, and represents the company in acceleration programs and public events.
Carmen Ciciriello
Graduated in Business Start Up and Business Models, Carmen actively supports the team through the various phases of growth and development. She is specifically responsible for accounting and administrative management, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
